Who you are contracting with

The site is operated by SMART TELECOM SERVICES STS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 12417165, with its registered office at 382 Kenton Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA3 8DP, United Kingdom. Any contract formed by using the site or buying from it is with that company.

Accepting these terms

By using the site, creating an account, or buying a package, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What we offer

STS Toolkit provides three different things, and each has its own rules:

• The template and infographic library: downloadable files, bought as part of a package.
• The command library and guides: technical content, free to everyone and with no account needed.
• A free account: lets you save commands into collections, rate them, and track your progress through guides.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. An account is personal: do not share, sell, or transfer it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where an account is closed for a serious breach, such as redistributing paid files, no refund is due.

Buying and access

Packages are a single payment, not a recurring subscription. Once payment completes, your account unlocks the sections your package covers, including files added to them later at no extra cost.

"Lifetime access" means for as long as we operate the service, not for the length of your life. If we ever discontinue the site, we will notify account holders in advance and allow a reasonable window to download what you bought. Keep your own copies of your files.

Upgrading between packages costs only the difference in price. You never re-buy what you already own.

What you may do with the files

Your purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files in:

• Your own commercial work and projects.
• Client work, provided the file forms part of a larger deliverable rather than being the product itself.
• Your presentations, documents and marketing material.

You are free to edit and adapt the files as you like.

What you may not do

• Resell or redistribute the files, as they are or lightly modified.
• Share your account or your files with anyone who has not bought.
• Upload them to template sites, file-sharing services or digital marketplaces.
• Claim authorship or sub-licence them to others.
• Use them in unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

The simple rule: buy to use, not to resell.

The command library

The commands and guides are free to use in your own work, with no restriction and no attribution required.

They are provided as they are. These are commands that run on real servers, and some of them edit system files, delete data, or change network settings. Read every command before running it, try it somewhere safe first, and keep a backup. What runs on your systems is your responsibility alone.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the packages page and may change, though a change never affects a purchase already made. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to its terms.

Availability

We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It may go down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, design and branding belong to STS LTD or are licensed to it. Buying a package licenses you to use the files it covers; it transfers ownership of nothing else.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits, arising from use of the site, its files, or its commands. In any case, our total liability will not exceed what you actually paid us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is material, we email account holders. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident outside the UK, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
