Store an SSH Passphrase in the macOS Keychain

Adds the key to the agent and saves its passphrase in the Keychain, so it survives a restart.

The config block is the part that makes it stick: without AddKeysToAgent and UseKeychain, the agent forgets the key when the session ends. On older macOS the flag is -K instead of --apple-use-keychain.

When you need this: On a Mac, once, so you stop typing the passphrase after every reboot.
