Enable Nginx Site

Enable a site by symlinking it into sites-enabled and reloading Nginx.

Creates the symlink from sites-available to sites-enabled and tests + reloads Nginx. Always run nginx -t before reload to catch config errors.

When you need this: After creating a new Nginx site configuration that needs to go live.
