Install cloudflared as a systemd service so the tunnel survives reboots.

Installs cloudflared as a system service that starts on boot and restarts on failure. This is preferred over running cloudflared in a terminal or tmux session.

When you need this: When you want the Cloudflare Tunnel to survive reboots and run unattended.
