Optimize a MariaDB Table

Defragments a table and reclaims storage space from deleted rows. After heavy DELETE/UPDATE workloads, tables accumulate wasted space that OPTIMIZE reclaims.

When you need this: After mass deletes or when SHOW TABLE STATUS shows Data_free is large relative to Data_length.
