Install MariaDB server

Install MariaDB, enable on boot, and start the service. Run secure_installation right after.

Installs MariaDB server from the Ubuntu default repository. MariaDB is a drop-in MySQL replacement that is actively maintained and included in Ubuntu's default package set.
