Create a named Cloudflare tunnel

Create a tunnel and save its UUID. Credentials file is stored under /etc/cloudflared/.

Creates a named tunnel and generates a credentials JSON file. The tunnel name is logical - you route specific hostnames to it separately via cloudflared route dns.

When you need this: Once per application or environment you want to expose through Cloudflare.
