Generate cloudflared config.yml

Write the tunnel configuration to /etc/cloudflared/config.yml mapping hostname to local service.

Creates the config.yml file that tells cloudflared which tunnel to run and how to route ingress traffic to local services. Multiple ingress rules let one tunnel serve many hostnames.

When you need this: Before running cloudflared as a service to define the routing rules.
