Restart systemd service

Restart any systemd service and check its status.

Restarts a systemd service, applying any configuration changes. For services that support it, systemctl reload sends SIGHUP instead for a zero-downtime config reload.

When you need this: After modifying a service's configuration file to apply the changes.
