Export Installed Packages (pip freeze)

Outputs all currently installed packages and their exact versions to stdout, typically redirected to requirements.txt. Creates a reproducible snapshot of the environment.

When you need this: After installing or upgrading packages, to update requirements.txt for reproducible deployments.
