Install Composer globally

Install Composer (PHP dependency manager) as a global command available to all users.

Downloads and installs the Composer PHP package manager globally. Uses the official installer with hash verification. Installs to /usr/local/bin/composer for system-wide access.

When you need this: On any server that will run Laravel or other Composer-based PHP projects.
