Install Certbot for Apache

Install Certbot and the Apache plugin to obtain Let's Encrypt certificates.

Installs Certbot via snap, which provides the most up-to-date version and automatic renewal daemon. The snap version is recommended over the apt version for Ubuntu 20.04+.

When you need this: Before issuing any Let's Encrypt SSL certificates on a server.
