Remove Stopped Containers & Unused Images

Removes all stopped containers, unused networks, dangling images, and build cache. Frees significant disk space on busy Docker hosts. Does not affect running containers.

When you need this: When disk space is low on a Docker host due to accumulated build artifacts and old containers.
