Apply standard web permissions (755/644)

Folders 755 (rwx for owner, rx for others) and files 644 (rw for owner, r for others).

Sets directories to 755 (owner can write, others can read/execute) and files to 644 (owner can write, others read-only). This is the secure baseline for web-served files.

When you need this: After deployment or when file permission errors prevent the web server from serving content.
