Enable Apache Modules

Enables one or more Apache modules and reloads the server. a2enmod creates the symlink from mods-available to mods-enabled. No restart needed - reload applies the change.

When you need this: When a VirtualHost or .htaccess directive requires a module that is not yet enabled.
